Before you choose
- Power: many outdoor heaters must be hard-wired on a dedicated circuit by a qualified electrician. Some infrared models run from a 13 A socket. Check the retailer's specification.
- Base: you'll need a level, firm, free-draining base. See base, electrics & installation.
- Cancelling: online orders normally carry a 14-day cancellation right, with exceptions such as goods made to your specifications. Some retailers treat made-to-order saunas as excluded, so read the terms and ask before you pay.
- Type: infrared feels different from a traditional sauna. See barrel, cabin or infrared?
