Who sells these
Gravity Wellness sells these saunas through its own website, gravitywellness.co.uk, and is responsible for those sales. If you buy, your contract, payment, delivery, cancellation and warranty are all with Gravity Wellness, not with Firwick. Firwick doesn't sell saunas, and we aren't a Gravity Wellness dealer.

All details are taken from each product page on gravitywellness.co.uk on 3 November 2026. Prices and specifications change, so check the retailer's page before you order. Gravity also lists an Oasis infrared sauna and a barrel traditional sauna, but we couldn't confirm their details on that date, so we've left them out.
What every model has in common (as the retailer describes it)
- Timber: Canadian hemlock. The Edge II has a black exterior finish.
- Made to order: the retailer quotes about 60 days from order to delivery. That’s the retailer’s estimate, not a promise from us; confirm the date with them.
- Delivery: the retailer states free delivery to mainland UK, with extra charges for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the islands.
- Warranty: the retailer states 2 years on electrical components and 1 year on timber against manufacturing defects.
Check these before you order
- Power supply. A standard UK 13 A socket can supply roughly 3 kW at most. The indoor models are listed at 1,450–1,750 W. The two outdoor models are listed at "up to 4.5 kW" and also as "plug-powered", so ask Gravity exactly what supply they need, and have an electrician check the circuit and any outdoor connection before delivery day. See base, electrics & installation.
- Cancellation. Gravity’s terms say an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, at their discretion, because each sauna is made to order. The law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online order; the exception is for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and whether a standard model built to order falls within it is a legal question. Ask the retailer before you pay, and see Citizens Advice if you’re unsure. Your rights if goods are faulty or not as described are unaffected.
- Space and access. Measure doorways, stairs and the route to the room or garden, as well as the footprint.
- Infrared or traditional? Infrared warms you directly at lower air temperatures and there's no steam. Some people love it, and some sauna traditionalists don't. If you can, try one first. See barrel, cabin or infrared?
- Health. We don't make health claims. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, speak to your GP before using any sauna.
